Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives. Identify and capitalize on market trends, opportunities, and customer needs. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in a competitive market. Create and manage marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional, to promote our products and services.

Generate and qualify leads, managing the entire sales cycle from lead acquisition to closing deals. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging and persuasive marketing content. Meet and exceed sales targets, continuously striving for growth and expansion. Represent Rhodes Technologies Ltd in a professional and positive manner, both in person and virtually. Provide valuable feedback and insights to enhance product development and customer experience. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in sales and marketing, ideally in the technology sector. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and strategies. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Goal-oriented with a strong drive for achieving and exceeding targets.
