The Ride Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on amusement park rides to ensure their safety and functionality. Additional responsibilities include identifying and addressing mechanical and electrical issues, adhering to safety guidelines, maintaining detailed maintenance records, and collaborating with the team to ensure optimal ride performance.QualificationsExperience with mechanical systems, mechanical troubleshooting, and assemblyKnowledge of electrical systems, motor controls, and circuit troubleshootingProficiency in reading technical manuals, blueprints, and engineering schematicsUnderstanding of safety protocols and practices for amusement ride operationsStrong problem-solving, time management, and critical thinking skillsAbility to work as part of a team and communicate effectivelyRelevant technical certifications or a degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or a related fieldPrior experience in amusement ride maintenance or similar fields is an advantage
