Drive impact, Join HiltiThe Tool Service Centre Technician is part of the TSC team for Hilti Emirates and is responsible for always offering an exceptional level of repair, specifically focusing on quality, speed, and costs of repair of Hilti tools.What You'll DoAs a Tool Service Centre Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the best-in-class repair of Hilti power tools in different segments, like angle grinders, rotary hammers, combi hammers, vacuum cleaners, breakers, screwdrivers, diamond and measuring tools, and others.This role will require you to use analytical skills to perform root cause analysis and develop proposals & solutions to improve the quality, speed and costs of repair process.What You’ll BringTechnical degree (Electrical/Mechanical/ Industrial preferred)SAP knowledge is preferred1-2 years experience in an industrial set-up is an advantageExcellent teamwork and commitment to achieve great resultsStrong communications skills with proficiency in English – written and verbalHigh commitment to customer satisfactionStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsSelf-motivated, highly energetic, outgoing characterDubai based – or willing to relocate from within the UAEWhat’s In It For YouWe’ll give you lots of responsibility, including your own portfolio of tools to repair and we’ll trust you to deliver outstanding results.
