The Dispatch Supervisor oversees day-to-day trip coordination for Rids Brother Company’s transportation services. You will ensure trips are assigned to the right drivers, monitor service quality, and resolve operational challenges quickly to keep clients satisfied. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor the dispatch team to ensure smooth trip assignments. Coordinate with vendors and drivers to ensure all scheduled trips are covered. Monitor trip progress in real time, troubleshooting delays or service issues. Maintain daily operational performance reports and communicate with management on service levels. Ensure all dispatch processes follow company, client, and legal requirements. RequirementsPrior dispatch or transportation operations experience.
Strong leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication in English and Nepali.
