Provides day-to-day executive support to the CEO from Kathmandu. Manages communication, calendar, meetings, and follow-ups to keep operations organized and on time. Key ResponsibilitiesManage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and arrange travel. Draft, send, and manage emails and messages from the CEO handle; keep tone professional and accurate. Prepare meeting agendas, briefs, and presentations; take notes and track action items. Coordinate with U. S. and Nepal teams (dispatch, documentation, finance, vendors, clients). Maintain task lists, deadlines, and status updates for CEO priorities. Organize documents and files (Google Workspace, Monday. com, client portals). Handle confidential information with discretion.
Support basic reports, expense tracking, and simple data entry as needed. Assist with follow-ups to ensure decisions are executed on time. Working Hours: Standard; daily overlap with U. S. hoursWork Mode: Hybrid (office + remote as needed)Salary: Competitive (NPR), based on experience
