The Recruiter / Documents Associate plays a vital role in ensuring that Rids Brother Company’s driver network remains strong, compliant, and well-documented. You will manage the end-to-end onboarding process for drivers and vendors, from recruitment to final compliance approval, while maintaining detailed records for internal and client audits. Key ResponsibilitiesSource and recruit qualified drivers and vendors through various channels. Conduct initial screening and ensure candidates meet company standards. Collect, verify, and upload all required compliance documents into the company’s portal (licenses, insurance, background checks, medical clearances, etc. ). Maintain document trackers, monitor expirations, and follow up for renewals.
Coordinate with vendors, compliance officers, and dispatch teams to ensure operational readiness. Support internal and client audits with accurate and organized documentation. RequirementsStrong organizational and communication skills. Experience in recruitment, HR, or compliance documentation preferred. Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
