Rigger / crane operator

Company Description we are a small crane company in adelaode that specialises in machinery relocation, we also provide general crane hire, labour hire and concrete cutting and coring. Role Description This is a casual role with a full time position available to yhe right person for a Rigger/Crane Operator based in Adelaide, SA. The Rigger/Crane Operator will be responsible for operating cranes, securing loads, setting up rigging systems, and ensuring the safe movement of heavy materials or equipment. The role requires working closely with team members to carry out lifting plans and adhering strictly to workplace safety standards and regulations. Additional responsibilities include performing regular equipment checks, minor maintenance, and reporting any mechanical issues or other hazards. Qualifications Experience with rigging and crane operationsmachinery relocation experience is an advantage.Proficiency in the use and maintenance of rigging tools, machinery, and equipmentStrong understanding of safety standards and regulatory compliance during lifting operationsGood communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within small and large groups.Relevant certifications such as a High Risk Work License (Rigger/Crane Operator) and a White CardPhysical fitness and ability to work in various environmental conditionsPrevious experience in construction, infrastructure, or industrial settings is considered an asset
