Established in 2004, it plays a key role in supporting the growth of Dubai’s non-oil economy through investments across multiple strategic sectors.About the RoleA Risk Analyst with BCM responsibility at Dubai Holding plays a key role in supporting the Group’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework while ensuring the organization is prepared to respond to disruptions and maintain business operations.Duties and Responsibilities1. Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)Identify, assess, and monitor risks across multiple business units (operational, financial, compliance, strategic, and ESG).Maintain and update the Group Risk Register in coordination with risk owners across different subsidiaries.Track Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and emerging risks, reporting findings to senior management and risk committees.Support the development of risk mitigation plans and follow up on corrective actions.2. Business Continuity Management (BCM)Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) across Dubai Holding entities.Conduct Business Impact Assessments (BIAs) to identify critical processes, dependencies, and recovery priorities.Coordinate BCM drills and simulation exercises to ensure preparedness for disruptions.Monitor BCM compliance and readiness across subsidiaries and report gaps to management.Assist in emergency response planning, crisis management coordination, and post-incident reporting.3. Governance & ComplianceEnsure adherence to the Group’s Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) framework.Work with risk champions and departmental representatives to embed risk and BCM requirements throughout the organization.Support internal audits, regulatory reporting, and policy updates.4. Reporting & CommunicationPrepare risk and BCM dashboards, reports, and presentations for senior leadership.Communicate BCM responsibilities clearly to stakeholders and provide basic training where needed.Facilitate cross-functional meetings to align on risk issues, continuity plans, and mitigation progress.
