We are always looking for exceptional talent to join us on the journey!The RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Conversion/Risk Data Analyst to join our Conversion Data Team. The Conversion Data Analysts Team is assisting with analyzing the performance of the merchants and the internal tools from a business point of view. This requires deep dive checks of multiple sets of data and providing recommendations and conclusions.Responsibilities And Daily TasksApproval and Authentication ratio optimization and Decline ratio monitoring in all Nuvei Acquirers 3DS Approval rates (WA) optimization of the 3D processesMonitoring and handling approval ratio drop alertsBeing Nuvei's main function for contacting issuers for authentication and authorization issuesChecking Issuer performance per country/ merchant and scheme and initialize projects related to improving itMonitoring traffic of new and existing merchants related to Approval ratio and Authentication RatioContacting/Replying and following up on Issuer communication threads related to Approval ratio/ Authentication performanceAnalyzing traffic based on alerts and/or previously selected by MGM merchants/countries and giving suggestions for improvementManaging statistics requests and providing Approval ratio statistics based on Issuer performance or alerts or schemesAnalyze conversion data from various sources, including website traffic, user behavior, and marketing campaignsIdentify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization to improve conversion rates and drive revenue growthAssessing performance of newly implemented products related to Authentication and Authorization processesRequirementsProven experience in data analysis, preferably in the fintech or e-commerce industryExperience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data StudioStrong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets to extract actionable insightsDetail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality of analysisAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiencesBachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, economics, or related field; advanced degree preferredBenefitsA challenging job in a fast-developing, international companyA friendly work environment where you can thrive and develop your skillsCareer advancement possibilitiesCompetitive remuneration packageAdditional Health insurance incl.
