Join this exciting journey and grow with the project as a Team Lead Main Responsibilities:Supervised a customer service team, ensuring performance goals and quality standards were consistently met;Provided coaching, mentoring, and support while handling escalated customer issues;Monitored KPIs, prepared performance reports, and collaborated cross-functionally to enhance service;Supported recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members;Assisted in improving internal workflows and overall customer service quality.
