Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive risk management frameworks aligned with project and corporate objectives.Lead risk identification, assessment, and mitigation planning across cost, schedule, and technical areas.Facilitate risk workshops with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Oversee the maintenance of project risk registers and ensure mitigation actions are tracked and reported.Perform quantitative risk analysis (QRA) using tools such as Primavera Risk Analysis, Safran, or @Risk.Provide clear, data-driven risk insights to senior management and clients, supporting informed decision-making.Mentor and guide project teams in best practices for proactive risk management.Coordinate with Planning, Cost Control, and Project Controls teams to integrate risk outputs into forecasts and performance metrics.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.Minimum 12 years experience in risk management for major infrastructure or construction projects.Strong technical knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and quantitative analysis tools.Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Professional certification such as PMI-RMP, APM Risk Practitioner, or equivalent is highly desirable.
