Robotic Service Technician

Using advanced robot simulation software, we support all major robot brands. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Leeton, NSW, for a Robotic Service Technician. The technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing robotic systems, conducting troubleshooting to detect and resolve technical issues, and performing field service tasks, such as on-site inspections and repairs. The role also involves maintaining strong customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service and technical support. Qualifications Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair of robotic systems to ensure optimal performanceStrong Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues efficientlyExperience in Field Service, including on-site inspections, repairs, and installationsA customer-focused approach with excellent Customer Service capabilitiesAdditional desirable skills include familiarity with modern robot simulation software and knowledge of various robot brandsTechnical certifications or a degree in a relevant field is preferredAbility to work independently and adapt to dynamic environmentsPrevious experience in the robotic automation or manufacturing industry is advantageous
