Roll Out Manager

Responsible for ensuring regional Rollout KPIs are met, handle and resolve day to day issues related to rollout, ensuring regional resources are accounted for (Subcon teams, materials and others) and ensuring customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesSignificanceCompulsory ResponsibilitiesResponsible for ensuring Rollout KPIs are met: Accountable for achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Project delivery (teams, materials, issues and other related matters).Customer Satisfaction: Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction within the region.Emergency Case Handling: Managing and resolving network outages and customer complaints.Regional Management: Managing daily routine field operations and materials and any other tasks/issues related to site rollout and share daily report progress.Travel to site and assist teams/customers when needed.Other Competencies/Attributes:Basic Project ManagementTechnical background, understand of telecoms equipment related to TX and RAN deliveryMicrosoft office (Excel,Word,PPT)Working Environment / Conditions:Office bound, may need to travel to site when neededSplit: 90% in office, 10% Site visit
