We specialize in residential and commercial roofing, Roof Maxx roof rejuvenations, FAR fluid-applied roofing, and general contracting projects across California’s Central Valley. Our team is expanding, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented, experienced Estimator to join our office full-time.Position OverviewThe Estimator will handle daily estimation tasks for both residential and commercial projects—including roofing, repairs, and general construction. This position is on-site and includes light scheduling, customer communication, and coordination with project managers and technicians. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and wants to grow with a stable, established company.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate and timely cost estimates for roofing and general contracting projectsReview project plans, photos, and inspection reports to produce detailed bidsSource material and labor pricing from local suppliers and subcontractorsCreate proposals and present estimates to management and clientsMaintain organized project documentation and CRM dataSupport project scheduling and coordination of crewsHandle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and clarityCollaborate with field teams to verify project details and ensure accurate job costingQualifications3–5 years of experience as an estimator in roofing, construction, or general contractingStrong understanding of construction materials, labor, and local pricingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient with estimation software, Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM systemsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, roof reports, and scopes of workHighly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable working independentlyCompensation & Benefits$32/hour (approximately $66,560 annual salary)Full-time, long-term, stable employment with growth potentialOpportunities for bonuses and advancement within the companySupportive and collaborative team environmentOngoing training and professional development
