ROV Supervisor

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced ROV Supervisor to lead offshore ROV operations, supervise pilot technicians, and ensure the safe and efficient execution of all project tasks. The ROV Supervisor is responsible for managing the ROV team, overseeing maintenance and repair activities, and ensuring full compliance with operational and HSE standards.Main Responsibilities:Lead, supervise, and coordinate the ROV crew during all operational activities.Ensure all ROV operations are carried out safely and according to company procedures and project requirements.Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective field solutions to minimize downtime.Oversee maintenance schedules and perform quality checks on the ROV system, tooling, and related equipment.Verify completion of all pre-dive and post-dive checklists, ensuring the ROV system is fully operational.Manage launch and recovery operations of the ROV system.Maintain accurate logs, dive reports, and operational documentation.Liaise with the onshore team and client representatives regarding project progress and technical updates.Ensure compliance with HSE policies and promote safety awareness within the ROV team.Oversee spares management and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained offshore.Support training, mentoring, and competency development of ROV crew members.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics) or related technical field.8+ years of ROV experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.Minimum 750 piloting hours (or as per company standards).Strong knowledge of ROV mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.Essential: Valid Offshore Medical, BOSIET, MIST, and recognized ROV competency certification (MTCS or equivalent).Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
