In this role, you'll provide direct support across the Aviation Safety & Quality function, ensuring regulatory requirements are met, processes are efficient, and a strong safety culture is maintained. You'll also provide occasional support to the WHS function and contribute to continuous improvement across the business.About The RoleReporting to the Manager Safety and Quality NZ Operations, you'll coordinate Safety and Quality projects, support SMS improvement initiatives, and manage documentation and compliance activities.Key ResponsibilitiesReview, write and manage safety and quality documentationSupport system, risk and change management initiativesCoordinate audits, meetings, and regulatory engagementDrive continuous improvement of the Safety Management System (SMS)Promote safety and quality awareness across the organisationMaintain effective document control and respond to business requestsKo koe tēnei | About youYou're a collaborative team player who builds strong relationships and communicates with clarity.
