Job Description

Responsibilities:Handle user complaints related to WeChat account reviews, such as account ban. (This is not a customer service role, no direct interaction with user required)Review accounts and make decisions based on platform policies and guidelines;Collaborate with relevant teams to identify process improvements, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in the appeals handling workflow.Qualifications:Diploma’s degree and above in any discipline;At least 6 months of experience in account review, fraud or risk detection, or a similar role;Familiarity with WeChat and common types of online fraud;Detail-oriented, patient, and able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced, repetitive work environmentWillingness to work in shifts or on public holiday is preferred.*Prefer to have candidates that are familiar with common types of online frauds
