We're looking for a driven WHS Training Advisor to join our high-performing Health & Safety team. This is your opportunity to make a real impact-delivering training that builds capability, drives compliance, and strengthens our safety culture.About The RoleReporting to the Regional WHS Manager and working on an 8/6 roster, you'll be responsible for coordinating and delivering training and assessment activities across our operations. You'll work closely with site teams to ensure all workers are competent, confident, and compliant with safety standards and mining regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver inductions, on-the-job training, and competency assessments.Maintain accurate training records using INX InTuition.Ensure training activities meet regulatory and company standards.Support the implementation of the Annual WHS Strategic Plan.Conduct internal audits and contribute to continuous improvement.Assist in developing site-specific procedures and training plans.What You'll BringExperience in the gold mining industry (ideally in a training capacity).Strong understanding of WA mining operations and safety regulations.Excellent time management and organisational skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Strong communication and facilitation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning management systems.QualificationsEssential:Certificate IV in Training and AssessmentCurrent WA Class "C" Driver's LicenceNational Police Clearance (within 12 months)Hands-on exposure to underground mining environmentsDesirableCertificate IV in Work Health and SafetyWhy Join Us?We're a values-driven organisation that appreciates people for who they are and what they contribute.
