Role DescriptionThis is a hybrid role for an Insurance Agent at Sagicor Life Insurance, Trinidad and Tobago Company Ltd.

The Insurance Agent will be responsible for insurance sales, finance, and customer service. While the role is located in Chaguanas, flexibility for some remote work is available. QualificationsPossess basic computer literacy including MS Word and Excel. Minimum qualifications are five or more O'Levels or CXC/GCE subjects including English Language and Mathematics. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field would be an asset. Training in finance (banking, insurance etc. ) would be a significant asset. Strong self-starter and entrepreneurial-minded. Advisors should be between 25 and 55 years of age. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

At least two (2) years' experience in a sales related role. At least two (2) years' experience working in the financial sector would be an asset. Part of a robust network through active affiliation/ membership in a national, community, professional or service group or sports club would be an asset.
