Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and maintain network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and uptime. Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to customers and internal teams. Configure, manage, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems. Perform network health checks, bandwidth monitoring, and performance analysis. Implement VLANs, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), and security best practices.
Escalate complex issues to senior engineers and coordinate with vendors. Maintain accurate network documentation, logs, and equipment inventory. Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 2 years of experience in a network administration or ISP support role. Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing protocols. Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, MikroTik, or Huawei devices. Familiarity with network monitoring tools (Zabbix, PRTG, Nagios, etc. ). Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
