Monitor and report OTC business performance; track sales progress and guide the implementation of sales policies.Manage and analyze customer data; execute customer care programs, birthday gifts, and promotions.Handle branch operations: customer and contract management, inventory planning, and CSKH/CTKM activities. Process payments, enter SAP transactions; provide administrative support and perform other assigned tasks.Educational background: Business Administration, Pharmacy, Marketing, or other related economic fieldsSkills: Knowledge of OTC business, pharmaceutical market, and sales policies; skilled in data analysis, reporting, and solution proposals.Proficient in information, contract, and debt management; advanced in Excel, SAP, DMS, and AI tools for business tasks.Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills; capable of working both independently and in teams.Highly responsible and compliant; solid skills in systems thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making.
