Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager at The Dragon Beach Hotel, located in Manama, Bahrain. The Sales Manager will develop and implement effective sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with corporate and individual clients. They will oversee the sales team, conduct market research, negotiate deals, track performance metrics, and work collaboratively with other departments to ensure revenue growth and guest satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, business development, and relationship managementStrong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of market trends and customer engagement strategiesAbility to lead and manage a team to achieve sales targetsProficiency in CRM platforms and sales analyticsAbility to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environmentExperience in the hospitality industry is preferredBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
