Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Account Manager located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, generating leads, and developing relationships with clients. Daily tasks include maintaining contact with clients, addressing their needs, managing account records, and working closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.Qualifications Relevant Experience in CMS /Correspondence Management System , ECM/Enterprise Content Management, Task Management & committee Management systemCandidate should have a minimum of 2 to 5 years of proven IT sales experience in: Government  Existing relationships with key customers preferred. Good written and verbal Communication skills (English - Arabic).Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookCustomer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication skillsExperience in Account Management and managing client relationshipsLead Generation skills and ability to identify new business opportunitiesExcellent organizational and time management skillsProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work on-site in Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
