Roles & ResponsibilitiesLead and support Salesforce CRM implementation, configuration, and customization.Drive system enhancements and continuous improvements to improve customer engagement and operational efficiency.Implement new modules and features campaigns, loyalty programs, and customer service workflows.Translate business requirements and processes into scalable CRM modules.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to redesign processes that maximize CRM adoption and value.Manage integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems such as POS systems, ERP (Dynamics 365 F&O), Loyalty platforms and aggregatorsCoordinate with Salesforce consultants and vendors for technical support and enhancements.Manage project timelines, deliverables, and quality for CRM-related initiatives.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.4–6 years of experience in CRM systems, with at least 2–3 years in Salesforce implementation.Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM modules.Experience in system integrations (APIs, middleware, POS, ERP).QSR / Retail industry experience is a strong advantage, especially in loyalty programs and customer engagement.Skills & Competencies:Strong understanding of customer engagement processes.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong project management and implementation experience.Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
