The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities. The role also involves lead generation, effective communication with clients, and providing exceptional customer service to meet and exceed sales targets. Qualifications Strong Account Management and Customer Service skillsProficient in Customer Satisfaction and excellent relationship managementExperience with Lead Generation and developing business opportunitiesExcellent Communication skills, both verbal and writtenProven ability to meet sales targets and work effectively in a team environmentBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferredPrevious experience in sales and advertising roles is an advantage
