The ideal candidate will combine solid technical background in engineering, hospitality, or finishing with strong sales acumen and excellent English communication skills.Responsibilities: 1. Client Relationship ManagementEstablish, maintain, and expand long-term client relationships.Conduct consistent follow-ups, manage inquiries, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.Assess client needs and align them with appropriate technical solutions.2. Sales & Business DevelopmentGenerate new business opportunities through site visits, calls, networking, and market research.Present and promote the company’s engineering and finishing services professionally.Prepare and deliver tailored technical and commercial proposals.Negotiate terms, close deals, and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.3. Technical ExpertiseReview and understand BOQs, project requirements, and technical specifications.Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.Provide accurate technical insights and recommendations to clients.4. Reporting & AdministrationMaintain detailed records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in engineering, hospitality, finishing, or related technical fields.Fluent English is essential.Strong sales, negotiation, and communication abilities.Professional, proactive, and capable of working independently.Must own a car.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines.Preferably residing in or near New Cairo / 1st Settlement.How to ApplyPlease send your updated CV to: raghda.morsy@cubiccontracting.com
