Job Description

Contact businesses by telephone to solicit sales for goods or services. Encode all customer information in the CRM Obtain names and telephone numbers of potential customers from sources (directory listings, internet, phone-ins, advertisements and referrals) Telephone or write letters to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales contracts. Maintain records of contracts, accounts, and orders. Schedule appointments for Account Executives to meet with prospective customers Conduct client or market surveys in order to obtain information about potential customers.Graduate of any business courseMust have at least 1 year of experience in performing secretarial or administrative functionsGood in oral and written communication skillsHighly organizedCan work well with minimal supervisionTeam playerHigh tolerance for pressure
