Job Description

Responsibilities:Coordinate and support the Sales & Service teams in achieving their targets and day-to-day operations.Manage and maintain customer and dealer databases with timely communication and follow-ups.Prepare sales reports, analyze performance data, and provide insights to management.Handle customer inquiries and ensure effective resolution in collaboration with the sales team.Assist in organizing promotional campaigns, dealer meetings, and company events.Ensure proper documentation, order processing, and after-sales support.Handle RMV documentation and coordinate with leasing companies.Prepare and manage Sales & Service team expenses, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.Calculate monthly/quarterly incentives for the Sales & Service teams based on approved criteria.Requirements:Minimum G.C.E. A/L qualification or part professional qualifications in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.Minimum 8 years of overall experience in Sales Administration or a similar role, with 2–3 years in the same position.Experience in vehicle registration and leasing processes will be an added advantage.Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask.Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM systems will be an added advantage.Ability to work under pressure with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
