Demonstrate success in exceeding sales targets for all product using consultative, solution focused sales approach.Sales Activities: Participating in all activities planned by Sales Manager through door-to-door activities, appointments, High Traffics Outlet promo booth, events, cold calling & online initiatives to obtain potential referral solicitation in assigned territory.Leads Management: Effectively register customer leads into sales tool portal and effectively follow up on the obtained leads for sales conversion/activation.Customer experience: Ensure prompt fulfilment and maintain good relationship with stakeholders/subscribers. Effectively follow up with internal stake holders to make sure a sold product / service is delivered to customer within the promised timeline.Sales Compliance: Comply to ALL company’s procedures and booking policies.Innovativeness: Effectively learn new skills and knowledge in handling new approach/enablers introduced by the organization from time to time.RequirementsMinimum SPM , Diploma or DegreeExperience in service related industries.Sales background from FMCG or Direct Sales companiesGood communication skills.
