We focus on sustainable, environmentally responsible methods to unlock valuable metals while minimizing environmental impact.Position OverviewWe are looking for dedicated sales staff and administrative coordinators to establish and grow our market presence within CIS countries. This commission-based role offers significant earning potential, entirely based on performance, and flexible working arrangements.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Roles: Develop and execute tailored sales strategies targeting CIS mineral processing markets; engage and build relationships with clients; conduct market and competitor analysis; lead contract negotiations with discretion; and monitor and report performance metrics.Administrative/Coordination Roles: Provide top-level organizational support, coordinate communication between teams and clients, manage scheduling and documentation, and ensure smooth operations across diverse projects and countries.Staff fluent in Russian and familiar with CIS cultural and business environments are essential.Collaboration with global teams while focusing on CIS region success.Required Skills and QualificationsFluent in Russian with excellent verbal and written communication.Proven administrative and coordination skills or sales experience in mining or related sectors.Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently in a commission-only environment.Proficiency in digital communication tools (e.g., Telegram, Google Docs, CRM).Willingness to learn about advanced mineral processing technologies.Familiarity with AI tools for sales support is a plus but not mandatory.Compensation and BenefitsThis role is entirely commission-based.
