Our client is searching for scientific-minded yet commercially driven professional who thrives in working in multi-cultural, fast-faced environments where no two days are the same. This is a multi-faceted position where you will be responsible for driving new business development, running global marketing campaigns and offer technical support to their ever growing customer base throughout the APAC region.Role responsibilities:Develop, implement and execute a multitude of different technical sales and marketing strategies, targeting a global customer base across the APAC region.Pursue lead generation activities and actively participate in winning + closing new business.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, product development, regulatory affairs) to align marketing initiatives with core company objectives.Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to adapt and refine strategies.Analyse sales data, track KPIs, and report on performance to direct leadership.Manage and oversee the execution of conferences, webinars, and other industry events.Offer dedicated technical support to the your designated territory.Role requirements:MSc or PhD in a relevant scientific discipline is highly preferred.Minimum of 4 years’ experience working in sales/business development or application support within the Lab Automation or NGS space.Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to travel within the APAC region.Fluent English.What my client offers:Competitive salary and performance-based bonus.Comprehensive benefits package.A collaborative and innovative work environment.Excellent professional development and growth opportunities.Fast-paced scale-up culture.How to apply:Send your CV to lauren.howes@scinovasearch.com or apply via LinkedIn.
