Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, for a Sales and Business Development Manager. The responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, managing client relationships, and driving sales initiatives. The role also involves market analysis, creating and implementing sales plans, and working cross-functionally to achieve business objectives. The Manager will play a key role in contributing to business growth and ensuring client satisfaction through innovative solutions. Qualifications Proven skills in Business Development, Sales Planning, and identifying new revenue opportunities.Strong relationship-building, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills for effective client engagement and partnership development.Market research and analysis capabilities to identify trends and implement strategic sales solutions.Leadership and team management experience for driving performance and fostering a collaborative team environment.Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.Experience in the insurance or finance industry is highly advantageous.
