The Role The Sales & Client Services Director is a full-time senior leadership position reporting directly to the Co-Founders. This role combines Sales, Client Relationship Leadership, Marketing, and Capital Markets expertise, while overseeing a team of seven Account Managers, Account Executives, and Account Coordinators. You will collaborate closely with our Content, Creative, and Operations teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns and a world-class client experience.  You will serve as the senior partner to our clients, lead all commercial and relationship-driven initiatives, and ensure every client receives a high-touch, strategic, and value-driven experience. What You’ll Do Client Leadership & Relationship ManagementOwn the overall relationship with a portfolio of public-company clients, serving as their senior point of contact.Stay proactively on top of each client’s news, milestones, financings, and priorities — always asking:“What’s happening with this client, and what two things can we do for them this month that are outside the box?”Provide a boutique, white-glove agency experience: strategic check-ins, helpful ideas, value-add initiatives — even when they’re not strictly “billable.”Create “WOW moments” with thoughtful business development intros, investor connections, or strategic suggestions.Organize and lead client review calls, roadmap sessions, and monthly/quarterly strategy check-ins. Growth, Upsell & Business DevelopmentIdentify opportunities to expand existing client programs (new channels, higher-volume campaigns, influencer programs, investor events, etc.).Work closely with the Co-Founders on proposals, renewals, and upsell packages — then lead the commercial conversations.Make high-value introductions (funds, investors, media, partners) that strengthen trust and deepen relationships.Support new business by joining sales calls as the senior client-delivery voice. Accounts Team Leadership & Delivery OversightLead, coach, and manage a team of 7 Account Managers, Account Executives and Account Coordinators.Set clear priorities, remove blockers, and ensure workloads are manageable and structured.Ensure strict adherence to internal SOPs: timely follow-ups, clear briefs, polished deliverables, and on-time execution.Maintain exceptionally high standards of communication - every email, deck, report, and message must be accurate, on-brand, and professional. Stakeholder & Industry PresenceRepresent Global One Media at industry conferences, roadshows, and capital markets events.Visit key clients in person to strengthen long-term relationships.Travel occasionally to our offices in Asia for internal alignment and leadership meetings. Who We’re Looking For Skills & Experience7+ years in a senior client-facing or commercial role.Proven sales experience: upsells, renewals, expansions, and closing B2B deals.Experience in Investor Relations, capital markets, or working with publicly listed companies.Background in a digital marketing or agency environment is a strong advantage.Leadership experience managing international teams across time zones. Mindset & PersonalityRelationship-driven, strategic, and commercially minded.Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Proactive, detail-oriented, and accountable — you don’t drop balls.Highly professional in all written, verbal, and Zoom communication.Strong international mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and time zones Location & Work SetupMust be based in Toronto, ON or surrounding areas, working full-time on EST.Remote role with occasional travel for clients, events, and internal meetings in Asia. What We OfferA full-time senior leadership role where you directly influence client strategy, service quality, and revenue growth across a global portfolio.High-impact visibility working directly with the Co-Founders on strategy, client direction, and agency operations.A fully remote role within the Toronto/EST region, offering flexibility while leading international teams and clients.Global exposure across North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia, working with publicly listed companies in fast-moving industries.Travel opportunities for conferences, client meetings, industry events, and internal leadership sessions in Asia.Competitive compensation aligned with the seniority and scope of the role.
