Joining Paris Saint-Germain means much more than joining a sports club.It means joining a purpose-driven company, a cultural and social institution, and a collective of more than 750 employees engaged in over 100 professions, all united by the same ambition: to push boundaries, innovate, and make the Club shine—both on and off the field.A diverse and committed organization, PSG brings together several high-level disciplines—football, handball, and judo—and relies on an integrated training center designed to transmit its values and train the next generation.Driven by excellence, innovation, and team spirit, Paris Saint-Germain is the Club of the New Generation—where every idea matters and every talent can make its mark.Your playground :Within the Asia-Pacific Department and reporting to the Head of China, you will actively contribute to the commercial and marketing development of Paris Saint-Germain in China.In this role, you will assist in the prospection and management of relationships with partners, brands, and local agencies, ensuring the quality and consistency of the Club’s initiatives in the region.You will also support the implementation of marketing campaigns, partner activations, and Club events, while ensuring effective coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.Description:Responsibilities :Assist the Head of China in the sponsorship prospection process by identifying prospects and key contacts for specific categories and territories ;Facilitate sales process through research on prospective brands, and by preparing the necessary company reports prior to meetings ;Be responsible for establishing the first contact with identified prospects and brands ;Coordinate with external agencies for sales related matters ;Create customized sales decks and corporate presentations for sales meetings in China ;Be responsible to keep Salesforce China leads updated and add new leads/prospects if any ;Assist with the organization, scheduling, travel booking of prospection trips in China. The employee may be required to travel within China for business purposes ;Coordinate with Digital agency for China social marketing campaigns and communications ;Coordinate with Supporters Club for China social fan club management and communications ;Support APAC account management team for the implementation of sponsors’ marketing activities, activations and other operational aspects of the partnership happening in China ;Assist in planning and coordinating Club’s events in the region (e.g. broadcast parties with local fan clubs, tour activations, partners’ activations, digital contests, other marketing activities) ;Other administrative aspects of the job may include products inventory management, products & documents shipments, claims ;Complete other tasks assigned by Head of China ;Education & Background :We are looking for a professional with strong interpersonal skills, rigor, and agility, driven by a spirit of initiative and continuous improvement.You are autonomous, organized, and capable of anticipating needs, moving efficiently from administrative tasks to action, and thriving in a demanding and fast-paced environment.You hold at least a Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3 or higher) and have a solid understanding of the ticketing and event management industry, as well as a good command of accounting principles and banking processes.You are required to have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in sponsorship sales and/or event sales.
