Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Support:• Assist the sales team with lead generation, qualification, and nurturingprocesses.• Coordinate follow-ups with potential clients, partners, and customers tosupport the sales pipeline.• Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and related materials.• Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure accurate data tracking andreporting.• Support the organization of sales meetings, client demos, client online accountscreation, contract generation in the CRM and related activities.Marketing Support:• Execute marketing campaigns across email, social media, and other digitalplatforms.• Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, includingbrochures, flyers, and newsletters.• Support the planning and coordination of events such as webinars, workshops,and fairs.• Monitor and report on campaign performance, using analytics to recommendimprovements.• Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences tosupport strategy development.Administrative Tasks:• Coordinate communication between the sales and marketing team.• Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing activities for managementreview.• Handle inquiries and provide timely responses to stakeholders.Qualifications and SkillsRequired:• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration,Communications, or a related field.• 2+ years of experience in sales support, marketing, or a similar role.• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRMsoftware (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Preferred:• Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot,Hootsuite).• Knowledge of international assessments/ study abroad recruitment.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
