Job Title: Sales and Marketing SpecialistLocation: Ethiopia, Addis AbabaJob PurposeTo support Zoomlion’s business growth in Ethiopia by identifying market opportunities, promoting company products, engaging clients, and executing activities that strengthen sales performance and brand visibility.Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and market Zoomlion machinery, equipment, and services to potential and existing clients.Identify, engage, and follow up on new business leads in relevant sectors such as construction, agriculture, and mining.Conduct client visits, product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations aimed at closing sales.Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tender documents in accordance with company standards.Maintain strong relationships with customers by providing timely support, information, and guidance.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing developments, and customer needs to inform business strategies.Participate in marketing activities such as exhibitions, trade fairs, roadshows, and client outreach events.Track sales progress and provide periodic reports on activities, pipeline status, and market insights.Collaborate with internal teams (After-Sales, Technical, Finance, Logistics) to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.Follow up on payments and support the credit control process when necessary.Ensure adherence to company policies, sales guidelines, and ethical standards.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.4–5 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in machinery, construction equipment, automotive, manufacturing, or related fields.Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and manage client accounts.Familiarity with B2B sales environments is an added advantage.Skills & CompetenciesExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong customer relationship management abilities.Ability to understand and explain technical product features.Analytical thinking and ability to conduct basic market research.Results-driven mindset with high levels of initiative and self-motivation.Ability to work independently and in multicultural teams.
