Job Vacancy AnnouncementOrganization: Africa Medical Service Location: Dimma (90 km from Mizan Tepi University) Job Type: Full-timePosition: Executive Office HeadJob SummaryAfrica Medical Service is seeking a highly capable and dynamic Executive Office Head with strong management abilities, excellent communication skills, and exceptional proficiency in project writing, idea innovation, and marketing.The ideal candidate must demonstrate fluency in both Amharic and English (writing, listening, reading, and speaking) and be skilled in preparing high-quality documents, proposals, and reports. While management, communication, and project skills are central to this role, the candidate must also be well-informed and capable in accounting and financial documentation to support the organization’s operations.The Executive Office Head will support the management team by preparing, organizing, and processing all administrative, HR, financial, and project-related tasks with professionalism and accuracy.Key ResponsibilitiesManage, prepare, and organize administrative and HR documents and ensure smooth office operations.Draft, write, and format official letters, memos, project proposals, business plans, and reports in fluent English and Amharic.Contribute to project development through idea innovation, proposal drafting, and documentation.Assist in marketing-related tasks, outreach activities, and communication with partners and stakeholders.Prepare and organize financial and accounting documents (payroll, attendance, receipts, basic reports) with accuracy.Maintain well-organized digital and physical filing systems for all office documents.Facilitate smooth communication within departments and with external stakeholders, including government offices.Follow up on business and government paperwork in compliance with Ethiopian laws and regulations.Use Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint effectively for reporting and presentation tasks.Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and timely completion of all assigned responsibilities.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s Degree or above in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative, project writing, management assistance, HR, or finance-related tasks.Candidates with exceptional writing, communication, and management skills will be given strong consideration.Languages:Perfect fluency in Amharic and English (writing, speaking, listening, reading).Technical & Professional SkillsExceptional skill in writing professional documents, proposals, and reports in both Amharic and English.Strong project writing and idea innovation abilities.Marketing skills and familiarity with organizational branding and promotion.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Skilled in digitalized office, HR, and finance documentation systems.Good understanding of Ethiopian taxation, trade laws, finance procedures, and basic accounting principles.Personal AttributesHighly organized, detail-oriented, and responsible.Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams.Creative, proactive, and solution-oriented.Capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.Strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism.Working Hours9 hours per day, 6 days per week.Salary27,000 ETB📨 How to ApplySend your CV and documents on hr@africanhospital.org Interested and qualified applicants can apply via Telegram: @Africamedicalservicereception
