Job Description

The HR & Office Administrator plays a key role in supporting the company’s people operations and ensuring a smooth, efficient, and collaborative workplace.This role combines junior-level HR support (recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and engagement) with office management duties (administration, logistics, and workspace coordination) in a dynamic tech environment.Customer RelationshipPersonal EvolutionAutonomyAdministrative WorkTechnical ExpertiseResponsibilitiesAssist with end-to-end recruitment.Prepare and maintain employee files, contracts, and HR databases.Track attendance, leave, and performance documentation.Help organize employee engagement programs, training sessions, and performance reviews.Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company HR policies and labor laws.Support payroll preparation and benefits administrationOversee day-to-day office operations: supplies, equipment, utilities, and workspace organization.Manage office assets, maintenance, and vendor/service provider relationships.
