Provide customers with the consultancy of IKEA home furnishing solutions through planning that match with their expectations and projected budget. Optimise the IKEA shopping experience to secure satisfied customers and increase sales. Find new customers or new opportunities to generate sales. Maintain contact with all customers to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Receive and resolve customer complaints and problems efficiently and with empathy. I handle payments in an efficient, accurate and friendly way. I always aim to create a positive experience for our customers so they will want to return and shop with us again and again. Control vendors on customer delivery plan to meet the schedule and achieve customer satisfactory. QualificationsYour profilePassion and knowledge of home furnishing, interior design and retail. Experience of working in a fast-paced environment, customer-focused and service industry. Ability to take personal initiatives and priorities and organise your own work efficiency. Confident in approaching and talking to people in a proactive manner. Excellent attention to detail. Able to work on weekends and/or public holidays when required.
