OverviewKey Account Executive WS&LMTResponsibilitiesPerformance ManagementManage territory performance to achieve volume target with identified gap closing, issues& opportunities and to develop corrective action planUnderstand responsible customer's performance and provide information on profile, work & not work and opportunity for Customer Business ReviewProvide business report with identified findings from frontline information with proposed corrective solutionIdentify and monitoring territory demand forecastCustomer ManagementAchieve KPI target with identify individual action plan to deliver resultsDevelop business plan to align customer’s activities with corporate direction and key activities in order to drive sales growthLead monthly business review to update business performance and identify business opportunitiesWork with customer to win in storeEnsure compliance of bank guarantee with PepsiCo policy and own Process: strictly manage on time customer's collection and follow up with customers for bounce cheque until get paidPeople ManagementWork with Field execution and trade marketing to deliver a consistent and high level of customer satisfaction and excellent instore executionRegular update information on the competition, competitive products QualificationsBachelor’s Degree requiredAt least 2 years of experience in TT field salesGood communication and negotiation skillHave sense of entrepreneurshipResult orientedAnalytical and problem solving skillsBasic Computer skill i.e. MS officeMobility to work in upcountry
