Sales Assistant

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our sales team. You will be a key contributor to our sales team's success. Responsibilities1. 协助销售团队 Support to Sales Team Organize and manage DDP transaction contracts, including stamping, contract processing, and documentation management. Archive DDP contracts and related documents properly to ensure accuracy, completeness, and traceability.2. 订单与物流跟进 Order & Logistics Follow-up Provide customers with timely updates on production status, shipping progress, and delivery schedules. Track shipment status throughout the entire process—from factory dispatch to final delivery—and update customers promptly. Coordinate closely with the logistics team to ensure on-time delivery.3. 回款与账务支持 Payment & Finance Support Monitor customer payments, including sending statements, verifying accounts, and following up on outstanding payments. Identify and report any irregularities in accounts receivable.4. 客户沟通与支持 Customer Communication & Support Respond quickly to urgent or ad-hoc requests from the sales team or customers. Assist in maintaining strong customer relationships and enhancing customer satisfaction.5. 其他职责 Other Responsibilities Assist sales in preparing quotations, contracts, reports, and other business materials. Perform other tasks assigned by the management.QualificationsFluent in Chinese with bachelor degree or above. Good communication skills and customer-service mindset. Proficient in office software; Excel/Word/ERP experience preferred. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
