Sales Assistant Job DescriptionJob Overview: The Sales Assistant is primarily responsible for assisting the sales team in daily business support work, including customer data management, order processing, sales document preparation, and internal coordination. This position requires excellent communication skills, a meticulous work attitude, and strong execution ability, enabling the employee to work efficiently in a fast-paced sales environment.Main Responsibilities:Assist the sales manager or sales representatives in handling daily tasks to support the achievement of sales targets;Responsible for the entry, updating, and maintenance of customer data, ensuring data accuracy and completeness;Follow up on customer order processes, including quotations, contracts, shipment, payment, and after-sales follow-up;Prepare sales-related documents, such as quotations, sales reports, and presentation documents;Coordinate with marketing, finance, logistics, and customer service departments to ensure a smooth sales process;Answer and respond to customer inquiries, providing basic product or service information;Regularly compile sales data and assist in the preparation of sales analysis reports;Participate in sales meetings, record meeting minutes, and follow up on the implementation of tasks.Job Requirements:Associate's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;At least 1 year of experience in sales support or administrative support is preferred;Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems;Excellent communication and coordination skills and a strong team spirit;Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;Optional Bonus Points:Experience in B2B or B2C sales support;Familiarity with ERP or Salesforce customer relationship management systems;Data analysis and report preparation skills;Experience in cross-departmental project collaboration.Career Path:Sales Assistant → Sales Representative → Sales Supervisor/Manager → Regional Sales Director
