Sales Business Development

1. Educational BackgroundBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.Equivalent relevant experience in sales or business development is acceptable.2. Work ExperienceMinimum 2–3 years experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in:Event Organizer (EO)Creative agency / marketing agencyMedia, brand activation, or hospitality industryProven track record of achieving sales targets and acquiring new clients.3. Skills & CompetenciesStrong networking ability with established contacts in corporate, brand, lifestyle, or hospitality sectors.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to create proposals, pitch decks, and event concepts together with the internal creative/production team.Strong analytical and strategic thinking to identify new markets and partnership opportunities.Good understanding of event production workflow, budgeting, and timelines.Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and presentation software.4. Personality & Work AttitudeHighly driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working under deadlines.Creative, proactive, and solution-oriented when facing client requests or challenges.Confident and professional in client-facing situations.Strong teamwork skills and able to collaborate with multiple departments (creative, production, operations).Willing to work flexible hours when required for meetings or event days.5. Additional RequirementsFluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage.Willing to travel for client meetings or event executions.Understanding of current market trends, lifestyle industries, and brand activation strategies.
