Position: Sales Business Development ExecutiveWe are looking for Sales Business Development Executive to come and join us. With offices in Bangkok, Dubai, Lagos and people working remotely from around the world, you will be part of a multi-skilled team responsible for projects and change requests delivery.Job ResponsibilitiesLead Engagement & Follow-UpEngage proactively with marketing-generated leads via phone, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.Follow up on new inbound leads within 1 hour of creation in CRM.Personalize outreach based on lead type, industry, and business challenges.Educate prospects on Mobile Technologies’ KYC and identity verification solutions.Qualification & DiscoveryConduct structured qualification calls using the BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing) or MEDDIC framework.Identify key decision-makers, influencers, and the buying process within target organizations.Diagnose customer pain points and connect them with relevant MT offerings.Pre-Sales & Opportunity ManagementConduct introductory product demos and guide prospects through standard solution capabilities.Coordinate with Pre-Sales Engineers for customized demonstrations and solution scoping where needed.Manage the process from lead qualification to opportunity creation — and close smaller or standardized deals directly.For complex or high-value opportunities, prepare detailed handover notes and collaborate with Account Executives to ensure a seamless transition.Deal Closure & HandoverOwn & close smaller or standardized deals independently, following internal sales and pricing guidelines.Manage proposal generation, commercial negotiation, and contract finalization with support from the Head of Business Development when needed.For larger or strategic opportunities, ensure a smooth, well-documented handover to the Account Executive — including qualification notes, customer context, and deal progression insights.Track deal progress, follow up post-signature for feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction at handover.CRM & Pipeline ManagementMaintain accurate data in Zoho CRM, logging all activities, qualification details, and next steps.Track lead status, re-engage dormant opportunities, and contribute to weekly forecasts and pipeline reviews.Uphold high standards of data hygiene and accountability.Collaboration & Continuous ImprovementProvide structured feedback to Marketing on lead quality and campaign performance.Work jointly with Pre-Sales and Account Executives to improve lead conversion and solution messaging.Participate in weekly team reviews and monthly strategy sessions to share insights and refine process flow.Job Requirements3 or more years of experience in B2B software, SaaS, or technology sales, ideally in fintech, telecom, or identity/KYC-related sectors.Proven experience as SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales Representative.Strong commercial acumen with ability to manage smaller deals end-to-end.Experience conducting demos or light pre-sales engagements.Proficiency with Zoho CRM or similar CRM platforms.Excellent communication and presentation skills — persuasive, confident, and customer-focused.Organized and process-oriented; capable of managing multiple leads concurrently.Professional fluency in English (Arabic or French fluency is an advantage).Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or similar tools.Knowledge of Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, etc.) for productivity and outreach is a plus.Experience in telecom solutions, KYC or remote Technology salesLooking for a change with a difference?
