In this full-time position based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring the successful delivery of IT solutions to our clients.What you'll be doingDevelop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to penetrate new markets and expand YONDU INC.'s customer baseProactively identify and qualify prospective clients, understand their business needs, and propose tailored IT solutionsNegotiate and close deals, ensuring that contractual terms and conditions are favourable to the companyMaintain and manage key client relationships, providing exceptional customer service and supportCollaborate with the delivery and technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of IT solutionsMonitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify new opportunities and improve service offeringsContribute to the development and execution of the company's overall business strategyMinimum QualificationsMinimum of 8 years' experience in new business development, preferably within the IT solutions industryProven track record of achieving sales targets and successfully closing complex dealsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage with C-suite executives and key decision-makersStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutionsHands-on experience in developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategiesProficiency in project management and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teamsThorough understanding of the IT solutions market, trends, and competitive landscape
