DescriptionWe are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Planning Analyst. This role supports workforce planning by managing long-term capacity plans, maintaining accurate schedules, and creating data-driven forecasts. It ensures smooth coordination between teams, monitors personnel movements, and keeps internal systems consistently updated. ResponsibilitiesPerform 52-week capacity plan Update schedules & PLANNINGEstablish and maintain effective communication with internal and external customersEffectively verify active personnel and their movements within the organization Keep the company's internal systems updated in a timely manner{{:}} Tickets, Personnel Requisitions, databases, UAD toolCreate and manage planning forecasts (Volume, TMO, Reducers, Attrition, RPC, Concurrency)Schedule the different intraday activities of each of the servicesWorkforce (RTA){{:}} Minimum of 1 year of experience. Operations (Telephone Agent / Team Leader){{:}} Minimum of 2 years of experienceRequirementsMinimum of two years completed in a college program related to Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Business AdministrationUnderstanding Business MetricsKnowledge of Time ManagementStatistical and data collection skillsVerbal and written communication skillsInterpersonal leadership skills and relationship managementAdaptation to change and management under pressure, problem solving, achievement of results and continuous improvement
