Job Description

Main Responsibilities:Support existing and acquire new customers in GermanyProactive management and maintenance of all new and existing customers in the assigned sales region:Actively manage the customer databaseConduct sales and training activities as well as product presentations for customersReceive and forward customer orders and inquiries to Customer ServicesCarry out all sales-related activities — from product launches and presentations to contract negotiations and deal supportImplement sales strategiesConduct market and competitive analyses in the field of modern medicine and application methodsIncrease revenue and market shareSupport the Sales Manager with training sessions and customer educationRepresent BD at relevant congresses and trade fairsCollaborate internally with departments such as Key Account Management, Marketing, Health Economics, etc., to support regional business growthTake responsibility for quantitative and qualitative monthly, quarterly, and annual goals (targets and performance reviews)Prepare, manage, and monitor the sales budgetProvide clinical training for nursing staffReceive and internally forward customer complaintsRegion: Eastern Germany – Berlin, Brandenburg, Mecklenburg-Western PomeraniaYour Profile:Experience in sales and operating room (OR) environmentsExcellent communication skillsFluent in English and German, spoken and writtenFlexibilityWillingness to travel (80–90%)Team playerIdeally based in or around Berlin
