Sales ConsultantWe are looking for an ambitious Sales Consultant to play a pivotal role in expanding our IT consultancybusiness across European markets. This role requires a strong hunter mentality, the ability to cultivate andmanage enterprise-level relationships, and proven experience in shaping and closing deals.Please note: this role is focused on IT contracting, consultancy, and workforce/outsourcing services,not on selling software products or IT solutions.What You Will Be Doing• Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation andclosing deals.• Identify, pursue, and win new business opportunities across targeted sectors and geographies(focus on DACH, France, Benelux, and CEE markets).• Consistently achieve and exceed defined sales targets, with a strong emphasis on new businessgeneration and revenue growth.• Build and maintain a strong client portfolio, developing long-term relationships with enterpriseclients, partners, and key stakeholders.• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, tailored proposals, and contracts.• Lead and coordinate RFI/RFP processes, ensuring compliance, strategic alignment, andcompetitive positioning.• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies andidentify new opportunities.• Maintain and regularly update the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of leads, opportunities,and client interactions.• Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and regular reporting to management.• Collaborate closely with the IT recruitment and delivery teams to align client requirements,streamline recruitment efforts, and ensure smooth project execution.• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to increasevisibility and generate new leads.Qualifications & Profile• Proven experience as a Sales Consultant, Business Developer, from IT or Engineeringconsultancy services where the focus is on IT/ Engineering contracting and services rather thanselling software products or SaaS.• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals, with demonstrable success in acquiringnew clients and building long-term accounts.• Solid expertise in managing RFI and RFP processes in international contexts.• Deep understanding of IT outsourcing, consultancy models, and workforce solutions.• International exposure, ideally across DACH, France, and/or Benelux markets.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidentlyat C-level.• Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, resilient, results-oriented, and comfortable workingindependently.• Strong skills in using CRM systems and sales reporting tools, as well as preparing compellingoffers, proposals, and presentations.• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while driving your own sales agenda.• Fluent in English; German or French at business level is a significant advantageWhat we offer:• Competitive salary package and performance based bonus structure• Flexibility, remote working option• International projects• Supporting team and colleagues• Company laptop, mobile• Involvment in international projects and collaboration with top tier clients• Opportunity to take a comment on, you can make suggests and you can influence go to market strategies and contribute to business growth• Team building events
