The team you will be a part ofYou will be part of the Commercial Excellence & RGM Team at Beko Europe, a function dedicated to driving data-driven decision-making, commercial optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. The team works closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to improve commercial performance and deliver sustainable growth across brands and markets.This role in summaryYou will play a key role in enabling commercial excellence by monitoring performance, analyzing revenue drivers, and supporting cross-functional processes that enhance sales effectiveness, forecasting accuracy, and pricing strategy execution.Your responsibilities will includeMonitor and report on commercial and trade partner activities to ensure performance visibility and alignment.Coordinate cross-functional initiatives between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.Support sales forecasting, demand planning, and financial forecasting processes.Prepare and analyze the order portfolio and monthly sell-in performance packs.Assist in managing trade partner operations, including:Pricing value chain and discount approvalsCustomer scorecards and KPI trackingPromotion management and sell-out reportingPrepare top-down forecast adjustments in coordination with RGM in case of gaps.Deliver actionable insights and reporting through Power BI, SAP, Excel, and Alteryx.Support continuous process improvement initiatives to strengthen commercial excellence.Prepare clear, concise business presentations and reports for leadership teams.Minimum requirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.2–3 years of experience in a Commercial, Business Analyst, or Revenue Growth Management role.Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel.Strong analytical and commercial acumen with a focus on driving business results.Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.Preferred skills and experiencesExperience in Revenue Growth Management, Sales/Trade Analytics, or Commercial Strategy.Familiarity with Python or Alteryx for data processing and analysis.Background in FMCG, Retail, or Consumer Durables industries.Understanding of promo effectiveness, sell-in/sell-out analytics, and trade partner management.Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.What we offerAn international, collaborative, and dynamic work environment.Exposure to cross-functional projects and strategic commercial decision-making.Competitive compensation and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and continuous learning.Additional informationThis role reports to the Commercial Excellence & RGM Manager and works closely with Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams at both country and regional levels.Equal Opportunity StatementBeko Europe prohibits unlawful discrimination or harassment in recruiting, hiring, compensation, promotions, transfers, performance management, discipline, demotions, terminations, layoffs, access to benefits and training, and all other aspects of employment, based on race or ethnicity, religion, sex, pregnancy, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, age, physical or mental disability and veteran status.
