This role will work directly with the Sr. Manager, Sales Ops & Data Excellence, and other members on the team. This role is responsible for maintaining the core data needs and supporting Sales reporting to support the Sales teams.What benefits and opportunities does Ansell offer?Competitive compensation, including a performance-based annual incentivesAn inclusive and collaborative environment that values diversity and fosters an international cultureAnsell University programs to develop professional and interpersonal skillsOpportunities to advance and grow within the companyWhat your role will be?Clean up & maintenance of Customer master based on established business rules, automation and manual review.Documentation of key processes required to maintain the master data files primarily the direct and indirect customer master.Playing a key business and technical role in implementing an organization wide Data Governance framework with a focus on data standardization, harmonization, and alignment across all platforms within the organization.Support in execution and maintenance of established sales and business processes tied to data loading, sales reporting and revenue operations including processing chargebacks.Take the lead role in data integration initiatives across multiple downstream and upstream platforms by effectively coordinating with all relevant stakeholders from different functions.Collaborates with business units, operations, and IT to ensure proper application of data governance policies, practices, and standards. Develops and maintains documentation, SOP’s, and training programs to support understanding and training of data standards, data management and control processes.Identifies areas of data quality improvements and helps to resolve data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies. Assist the Senior Management in resolving issues and pain points raised by the functional business teams by providing insights and recommendations. Manage and drive the team to achieve excellence in terms of quality and delivery of the assigned tasks.Support in any other ad-hoc requirements at the request of the Sales Enablement & Commercial Analytics teams.Support in maintenance and development of NA SharePoint site, development of sales newsletters.What will you bring to Ansell? Bachelor's degree in related field or commensurate experience2+ years of experience in Data Management, Sales & Revenue Operations, Business IntelligenceHands-on Experience using ExcelFluent in ERP systems (Oracle, SQL, Access, etc.) and PowerBI is a plusIn depth understating of end-to-end business processes and practices.
